He has and will save her life at a moments notice, and will always default to being close to her, as she puts him at a strange kind of comfortable ease, ever since she showed him no amount of fear upon finding out that he's a vampire. |

Since then, and since seeing her memories in the blood, Lestat's theory that he can simply just not get attached to humans was proven wrong again, and he's found himself quite taken by her. He likes spending time with her, likes to talk to her, likes to bite her, obviously. |
Joshua Rosfield Final Fantasy XVI โญ๐ฉธ๐ Lestat found Joshua while hunting, and when he saw his innocence found him simply too good to resist and ended up attacking him. And then Joshua disappeared from the City... so that didn't feel great. |

Reno is another human who Lestat really thought he could be normal about and failed completely after seeing in his head. |

Will Byers Stranger Things โฃ๏ธ๐ก๏ธโจ Will was just the right amount of self conscious and self depreciating to really hook Lestat in when they talked at the fun fair in Sept 2023. Since then, Lestat has saved him from the Haunted House in Oct 2023 and has invited him to Louis' birthday party. Lestat feels very protective over Will, especially after finding out that he's had a terrible father and a traumatic childhood. Not clear if he wants to be a father figure, an uncle figure or a brother figure.. but he wants to be something, for sure. |
